How to Save Excel as PDF in Landscape

The video shows a quick demonstration on how to save an Excel worksheet in Landscape as a PDF. Also, it shows how to center data horizontally on a page :)

Thank you very much. I thought just changing to landscape and saving it in PDF format was enough. I was wrong. Need to do change settings in page setup. You are a life saver

it did exactly like the video, but it is so small and there is so many free space, how to make it wider?

After you follow the Page Setup steps, then select the cells with all of the data you would like to save as a PDF. Go to File>Print, then select Print Selection. If you have a Mac, click the arrow next to PDF in the bottom left corner and select Save as PDF, and click Save. If you have Windows, after you select Print Selection, go to File>Save as, then select PDF as the file format and click Save. Hope this helps!

You can try this. It works for me. 1. On the page, adjust the scaling size to 180%. Retain the fit to 1 pages. 2. Don't adjust the margins (if u don't need to) 3. Click Horizontal 4. You can click Print Preview to check.

When you open the Page Setup window Fit to 1, then next to it on the right where it says Pages wide by, type the number of pages you would like. Hope it helps!

When you open the Page Setup window click the Sheet tab, and under the Print Options category, select the Gridlines checkbox option then click OK. Hope this works!

Maybe you need to adjust the page breaks? I have provided a link to one of my videos that shows you how to do this. Please forward up to about 1:05, to skip the first part. Try selecting the range of cells first that you would like to save as a PDF, then follow the rest of the steps as shown in the video, but when you select PDF as the File Format also select the Section option instead of worksheet.
