Common questions we address in this video are: How do you save for a house? What is a down payment? How much will my house down payment be? Who do I talk to about buying a house?
Please keep in mind that these are our opinions based on our personal experiences with new construction and with DR Horton. This still is just the beginning of our new home story, and we’re excited to share it with you.

Thank you! Very informative. I just made a similar video on my channel as well. All I can tell is, It will be so worth it when we wait, save up and then put down a good amount as Down Payment, so we can truly enjoy our DREAM HOME!

Always love watching your videos...very informative...I have a question, I think something along this line was mentioned in another video about change job/lost job...ok, I want to know if you are under contract and before construction even begins, someone lost their job, will it affect the process???...he/she knowing that employment will be regained long before the building starts...

It very much could impact the process. The best thing to do is talk with your lender, let them know what’s going on so you all can create a plan.

Great video. Thanks for mentioning subscriptions. I just cancelled Amazon. I was paying monthly and that would have been $195.00 plus a year. No thank you. I will put that money in my savings. ❤️

Thank you for taking the time to make this awesome, informative video.... I am not sure if you may know the answer, but how many lenders can you see in order for it to count as one pull? What is the time span (i.e. 1 week, 2 weeks)?

Thank you for watching! The time span is 14 days in which you can see as many lenders as you like, and that will count as one “pull” on your credit report. Hope that helps! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
