Step 2. Type the SCALE command
Step 3. Choose your initial base point
Step 4. Type R , which is short for reference
Step 5. Choose your initial base point again
Step 5. Choose your second base point (the end point you wish to scale)
Step 6. Choose the destination point for the second base point to scale too.
