The issue is this! Individuals with little to no experience in the market commonly try to enter positions without professional help. Prior to holding a $262k ptf alongside averaging a 15% month roi passively following Yvonne Annette Lively guide, I remember just relying on just technicals and instincts. Trust me, that didn’t go well. Last thing you’d wanna do is ignorantly lose capital.

Craig should look into Paterson NJ. There’s ONE guy named Florio out here that’s capitalizing on the future of Paterson. I’m a 41 year old black male, first time homebuyer in Paterson. I must say I am one of very few that are not renting here. It’s seems to be an untapped market.
