Thank you for letting us know. We tested our app and the scan feature works fine from our end. There are a lot of factors to consider why it is not working on your end. It could be because the colors you used in creating the QR code are too light and are not creating enough contrast, the manner of how you're scanning the QR code, the distance between your device and the QR code, the size of the QR code, and sometimes due to the camera sensor, just to name a few. @@QRTiger I believe it is great product. The issue I have is that, all other features are clikable but when I just click on the "scan button" the app closes completely. I am using android 7. Could this be the problem?

@@festwa1 Thanks for giving us more insight into your issue. There are a lot of factors to consider why an app crashes. Generally, there are two ways to scan your QR codes. You can either use the native QR code reader on your smartphone or use a third-party app. For Android smartphones, it will be a bit tricky because, depending on the manufacturer of your smartphone, it may or may not have a native QR code scanner built into the system. You can call upon the Google assistant and ask to open "Google Lens." This action will open your camera, and you can then point to the QR code until it scans it. If this will still not work for you, you can then opt to download other third-party QR code scanner apps in the Google Play Store. Please also check out the video below.
