Hello prakash, thanks for your contribution, i have a problem, in a plant, it is required to connect these scanners by RS232 serial communication to a Keyence PLC (KV 5000), ¿ Can you upload a tutorial, for how to configure the scanner in Serial RS232 ?. regards !!!

Hello, how do I manage the handheld to turn on via USB cable charge without any power adapter? I've seen the documentation explains the USB connection lasts about 10 hours to complete to charge. But I don't see any blinking LEDs on the handheld, only in the cradle (a orange blinking LED to be exact).

Power adapter is optional. USB cable will charge scanner in 4-5 hours
