HINT: If you have your scanner hooked to your computer via WI-FI and you get ERROR messages, try REBOOTING YOUR MODEM! Actually, your modem (or wherever your WI-FI originates should be rebooted once a week, at least. Typically, millions of bytes of data go through your WI-FI daily and one needs to periodically clear the cache. Scanning takes a lot of data - especially if you typically scan using higher densities. This scenario also goes for your computer and your smartphone. Restart that smartphone weekly. Update your smartphone APPS weekly, at least.

Hi. Thanks for a video showing actual usage of the scanner software. I understand that you scan the hole page, and "crop" in another software. However I see that as you scan the 3 pictures. There is a possibility of "crop" and choose by marking one of the picture. Can you inform if possible to perform/make more that one marking on a scanned page, or will you have to let scanner make another pass to perform the second marking. Hope my question is understandable

Thank you for your question. I think you are asking when scanning multiple photos at one time can you crop more than one of them right there when you are scanning. A: I don't know but I will do some checking. The reason I take that scanned page and open it with photo editor software is because I can then lighten, or focus, or enhance photos a lot better. Nevertheless I will see if I can crop more than one at a time. Thank you.

Can you demo or explain on How and Where do you save wirelessly the scanned docs? All demo I’ve seen all says save to your computer…but How? they are wireless. I just don’t understand these newer printer/scanner have no longer USB thumb drive anymore to save scanned docs. Thank you.

It’s the same process as you would do with wired connection to your computer. All you have to do is connect your printer to your PC via WiFi and then using software you scan and print.

Thank you! This particular Printer does not have a two-sided Auto Feeder. It can print two-sided but scanning you have to either manually feed it or pass the documents through twice.

Love, love, love the little machine, but ... Trying everywhere on internet to find how to copy 2 to 1 (copy front and back of a document to 2 separate pages. Also, I don't think there is a way, but I have to ask. Is there any way to scan double sided copies? Your videos are awesome. Thanks so much!

@Know Me Great Questions! Since this model does not have the ability to do 2-sided automatically in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), one has to feed each side in 2 passes to copy both sides. As far as scanning double-sided documents one has to first make a copy of the 2 side(s) and then put the pages in order and the ADF will scan the one side to make a PDF file. I realize this is obvious but wanted to answer. If one has to do a lot of that type of 2-sided documents, printers that advertise "Duplex ADF" is the type of printer that will automatically copy, scan and even FAX 2-sided. I personally don't have to do a lot of 2-sided scanning but I had to just today, lol. A trip to get my vehicle serviced resulted in a 10 page, 2-sided report that I scanned into my computer. 😁

@@INJURYCOMP Thanks a 1,000,000 for the quick response. Just as I thought and just as I am doing as I type. I printed some envelopes using the letter tray a couple of weeks ago. Afterwards I kept getting the message "Paper Out" each and every time I printed. I finally figured out the problem in settings and defaults. I was a wreck! LOL! Your videos are sick! Very well done very much informative! Thank you so much for taking the time to share. So, so much appreciated!

@@INJURYCOMP Believe it or not, I was able to print 2 separate pages to one page containing front and back. It's in the copy section. Just 1 to 2 page. But make sure you have both choices for 8.5 x 11-inch paper and not have one at 8.5 x 11-inch and the other one at letterhead or anything else. I was able to print 330 copies, front and back, without a hitch.

Can you scan double sided with ScanSmart?

The Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) on the Epson ET-4760 will not feed double-sided. One would have to do it manually. The ET-4760 will print double-sided so one would have to print the needed document after copying the 2nd side or scan it the same way.

I think you are asking how to print a picture that you have in your hand...If you have a 4-in-1 Printer (Print, Copy, Scan, Fax) like this one in the video, you would put the photo on the glass and Copy it. That will print out a copy of the photo. Before hitting start, you will want to change the copy settings to Color and "best" quality. If you tell me your exact situation I may be able to make a how-to video (or find one) that will help you more. Thank you.
