Good vid just one thing knuckleball is not done with the laces but with their metatarsal knuckle( toes knuckle on the inside of your foot).

my technique is only good from close range but put the dot at the top and in the middle and hit it with around 3.5 bars of power

you do l2 or r2 first and then press x with whichever player u want to set it to e.g (L2 + X) will pass ball to the free kick taker and u can just shoot off it
