For no. 8 Bite sized brilliance I have tried this but only one problem,so I want to make it clear for everyone. Write the first 10 mins goal but do not write the desired outcme and defined study session in 30 secs. •It is a waste of time •It is a waste of page. Save time and page and instead of writing,visualize and verbally say the goal and desired outcome. It worked for me. I hope it helps you too

#chetchat l don't have a tip for studying but l have a tip which can detect that u can focus on studying at that time or not u can test it by On 3 min timer and then fully concentrate on what are u studying then as the timer gets over stop and check, " so l feel like studying more or l am wasting time pretending to study " if u feel like studying more u can just continue by this increasing your time limit.

When I have to rote learn some topics I usually make a song out of it and for the really important ones, like my sanskrit word forms, I set them as my alarm. really work for me, though maybe that is partly because music is my life. but I think it might be good if you learn it at night and then right after your brain and body has got enough rest, u revise it again, especially if u are in your subconscious state between sleep and waking up. Also it is a bit of a fun educational break for me when I get to give tunes and sing and listen to it, especially as the lyrics are important for my exams 😅
