You can use this aoe2 scout rush build order to complete the scout rush Build Order in age of empires 2 definitive edition with other civs like Franks, Slavs, Magyar, Lithuanians and many more.
The scout rush is great for causing some early damage to you opponents. If done properly the scout rush can harass enemy wood lines, gold or berries, causing delays to your opener and hopefully killing some villagers. Beware though, your opponent could wall up before your scout rush gets chance to cause damage or they could make spearman your counter your scouts so make sure you scout their base fully before committing to the aoe2 scout rush and make sure that you use hit and run tactics on the villagers and run away from the spears.

The build order to show you how to scout rush in aoe2 is as follows:-
6 vills to sheep
3 to wood (with LC)
1 boar
1 build 2 houses then berries
3 berries
1 2nd boar
2 boar, move weak villagers to farms
3 wood with 2nd lumber camp
Loom
Click up
As soon as you click up, send 4 villagers from sheep to wood (5 in total per lumber camp)
when feudal age is half way completed, make a barracks with a wood villager.
Make a stable once Feudal age comes in and research double bit axe
and horse collar
make 3-5 new scouts
all new villagers to farms (total 10-14 farms)
