Hi, Your tool is beneficial for gathering data, but I have a question: How should I select & get data from different tabs of a product like size chart, product details, and product options

It seems that the content creators are using one individual as the subject matter expert for a majority of their videos. So here's my recommendation if you miss something in the explanation. Turn on the open transcript feature which is the three dots in the lower right-hand corner underneath the video. The remarks are time_stamped. So if you want to go to an exact point in the video, you just have to point and click the remarks. The crawler will cue to that moment in the instruction.

Hi, can you help I follow everything --- all I need is Name price then I choose to click to open a new template and choose description and features. When I get data the only showing is the name, URL, and price no description and features :(

Yeah this just doesnt seem to work for multiple sites for me. The editor shows that the software is picking up 40 objects per page but when i run it, the webpage just loads as text and the sequence doesnt select anything resulting in an empty file.

This would extract the image URL. While the video we've recommended talks about downloading the files themselves to your device.

Are you Mac/Windows/Linux? My experience has been that it runs kind of slow in Linux. Also, you didn't mention the website(s) that you are attempting to scrape. Is Relative Select the command that isn't working? So, if you could furnish some more details that might be helpful

this only allows you to extract an excel, it doesn't allow you to extract products straight to your site
