Screen print your favorite photo on a t-shirt! Let me show you how to do it with the IKONART stencil kit. Convert any photo to a bitmap image in Photoshop and you can use that to make a screen printing stencil.

I have so many old Cricut mats that I did not want to just trash as I knew eventually I would find a use for them. I have found so many solutions to my crafting problems just by watching your channel. I think I'll have to add you to my faves (Jennifer Maker & Angie Holden). Awesome video. Can’t wait to take your class. I did exactly that except speedball frame on the screenpress and got ink through the tape guess because my squeegee angle or pressure wasn’t right. Your videos are awesome though.

Hi, what are the advantages of IKONART kit over Speedball kit. I'm interested in small detailed screen printing like half-tone using 160 mesh, but I'm afraid I can't get the right tension when reusing their frame.

I love that the IKONART stencils have a sticky film that adheres to surfaces where your screen might not fit or around curved surfaces. I was really happy with the detail I was able to get!

Thank you for your response. Have you tried working with Speedball kit for half-tone? The reason why I keep mentioning about Speedball kit is because less expensive compared to IKONART 😅

That is too cool, the image came out really nice. Can you tell me what the wattage is on the light and the distance to the image? I have a 30w bulb that came from Speedball I think. How long does it take to wash out the image? Thanx for the info. Is the class tomorrow going to be recorded? I may not be able to see it live,.

Is that Canon the printer you use when traditional screen printing too?

It does work well for printing transparencies for traditional screen printing but I usually make my screens with vinyl cut on my Cricut

Can I use a generic brand of inkjet printer film instead of using ikon art printer film

That should work- I’ve always used the film that comes in the kit though. You just need the ink to block the light for the exposure process.

Thank you madam Indeed you doing a good job in the community. I want to know the name of the software used in design. Can we get it in android fone and desktop computer. Is it possible we get the design procedure as well?

Thank you! I made the design in Adobe Photoshop- there are mobile versions, but you will need the desktop or web version to make this design.
