Great tutorial, I have tried this and it works great. I am in Australia and bought the Permaset Super Cover white from Jacksons here in Perth which does cover better than the speed ball ink. I make sure I don't let the screen dry out and wash it straight after using. I prefer to heat set with a heat gun as I like the ink more "raised".

Incredible. What CAN'T you do with a Cricut! I've been doing tshirts, hoodies, pillows, signs, etc for a while. I'm now looking into getting an EPSON Eco Tank printer to try sublimation. I'm also wanting to learn how to use cardstock to make party decorations. I didn't even know about screen printing until today! I would love to see screen printing with multiple layers/colors!

So ready to do this soon. Just got my speedball starter kit in the mail yesterday & extra colors. Question: can you do multiple prints before washing of the same screen or have to wash it in between? We decided to do long sleeved shirts for our employees screen printed. I need to do about 50 shirts of the same print. Do I have to wash in-between or anything special to keep going? I plan on prepping about five shirts at a time. PS love the simplicity of your video easy to follow.

This is something I have been wanting to try for a while. I even have all of the supplies but for some reason, I'm really intimidated. Question: can I do more than one t-shirt with the same screen? I would really appreciate seeing one for using multiple colors. Thank you so much for the tutorial.

Yes you can do more than 1 shirt with the same screen. If you're using plastisol ink, it doesn't dry that fast but if you're using water base make sure you keep the screen flooded so the paint doesn't dry up.

Hi there, fantastic design, love it but can you be honest with me about buying and using a Cricut? I only know what I happen to chance upon and I have to say your channel looks very good but would I really use a Cricut? Also what does one buy? Are there other brand names, other types. Hi there! For curing screen printing inks on t-shirts, you'll need to heat the fabric inks anywhere from 270-330 degrees Fahrenheit (depending on which screen printing ink you're using) to ensure that the design will adhere properly to the shirt. You don't need the teflon sheet as you aren't touching the press to the shirt (unless it has dried) - Dawn

The confusing part is knowing how much ink and pressure to use. Some people say use a lot of ink but mine ended up going under my stencil and making fussy lines under my screen

You mirror the image and weed out the parts we usually want to keep

The issue I had was, the vinyl would come off the screen after so many presses. Maybe good for a one off but 5 or 10 shirts it's gets messy & the vinyl starts moving around or coming off. Maybe I didn't use the right type 😕

Do you have a problem with ink cracking? I used the same ink and after just 1 wash, it’s cracking already.
