cool! I've already seen this video on Facebook. Thanks for the helpful tips. There was also a video called "Creative visualization" that I know well too. I use this recording often before bedtime. Honestly, I can't do it alone. When I start thinking about relaxing my body, often my thoughts wander off and I start thinking about something else. It would be good if there was a longer recording ("20 minutes") in which you walk me through the whole process. I would use it before bed. I find it hard to concentrate on these activities by myself and start thinking about other things. Best regards, Keith! Greetings to everyone 😄👋

You packed a lot of very powerful stuff into a few minutes here KB, I know just how powerful this stuff is - so I wonder why do you not give folks a 'count out' of hypnosis so they don't be wandering around suggestible all day?

ppl learnd how to screem while woke up diferent than usual :( it brings less fun now ehh, but i can catch them when they Think im sayuing or doin something but i dont. like playing when i have window opend cs i gived a sounfd od]f closing winfdow few times in row xD and much more. feeling excitments its quite fun, but in poland its quite hard to realize Yourself, even harder than David Blane discribed in his book. thans to You i got few reaseons to continiue.... just like my girlfrend said i got it and i should not be an narcist all in all , in respect

as he explained. let yourself relax completely and visualize on that screen in ur mind clearly and brightly about the new lifestyle that you have adopted, visualize about all your hobbies, fun time with your friends/family, your work/studies, feel how you don't need to rely on smoking at all anymore, it was only a past thats been forgotten, visualize how every urge to smoke has no effect on you at all anymore. Just an example for ya.
