This guy seems so genuine, humble, intelligent and overall an amazing person. It’s no surprise to me that he’s as successful as he is in sales. This is a person all sales people should look up to so sales doesn’t continue to get a bad rep.

What's so good about Mr. Varsano is he just tells you what it is. If you do this, then do this. If you don't do that, you don't need this.

This is a great interview. But 2 improvements I would suggest, 1. Articulate the question more clearly like the way how Steve answers the question. Pay attention to how Steve structure and articulate his answers. Perhaps the pressure coming from interviewing Steve given his status or not knowing enough about Steve. 2. Strengthen the voice. It sounds to me Steve is the host given the volume and tone of the voice. Overall, very informative and educational content. I enjoy it.

I was thinking very similar, but I wasn't saying it nicely (in my mind. lol). A bit frustrating, to be honest. I had to FF the parts when the guest _Wasn't_ speaking.

Viewers who were paying attention to details, not just listening. Steve ran a clinic on body language and micro-expressions. Go back through and watch how he shifts depending on what he is talking about. then returns to his central position.

i think it’s great how Steve is adapting to the changing times and learning new things, rather than defaulting how he’s done things in the past. I think the older generation can learn a lot from him on this front.

Stunning interview. Met Steve Varsano a few years ago at the Milken event, and was already a fan after being blown away by the sheer brilliance of his previous showroom the other side of Hyde Park corner, and his cool and knowledgable demeanour. This was the conversation I always wanted to have with him. Congratulations guys!

What an amazing interview! Steve is an inspiration and really needs to write a book. I think beginning raised with good values is one of the main keys to success and so true.. having compassion and never giving up! Sounds like the journey to get to where he is was rough, scary and alot of hard work but what an amazing life. So wonderful that he decided to join the social media.😊
