omg i'm so happy i found your channel, you are talking about exactly thats happening to me, i'm drawning in this thought of lowering my CAC. I'm not hesitating to give you as many comments as possible because i believe your videos should be positioned on the top in this niche, i've been watching tons of other gurus videos, the only thing they teach me is that they spend 10k and made 100k in return and we should spend money on facebook and tiktok ads.

Appreciate that you took the time to talk about this topic when so many people not gonna to. Its true that you have to know your numbers and be laser focused and sharp about your product costs, shipping, paid ads etc and have to emphasize on reducing it as much as you can. The real trick is to know your CashFlowCycle. Meaning= know when costs are due and to make sure to stay always Cashflow positve until you break even on later sales. That is a real challenge only a few conquer. Either you crack this or get big funding in..otherwise scaling is impossible

AOV is something I recall Russel Brunson talking about many years ago. He said "I made no money selling a $49 ebook, until I realized I could become profitable by offering a $100 upsell on the other side". Netflix apparently also invested a percentage of their customers LTV as you explained.

i literally jumped off my chair when i hear "1-2 dollars CPC, and customer acquisition cost is as high as average order value." this is exactly what i'm going through by running facebook ads. I'm selling low ticket pet niche products, AVO around 30 dollars, products between 15-40 dollars. not profitable of course, it numbers don't work out well. so i'm working on tiktok organic traffic, but of course, it takes time. maybe i should test more products.

In most European countries one click upsell is not allowed. What are your ideas for this case? Also customization of shopifys last page is just possible with Shopify+ and this begins at 2k+ per month

12:05 "you dont do a typical 2 step funnel"... i read his book and he clearly states regardless if it is a service you sell or ecommerce product, you do have an opt-in page (for acquiring customer email) and then a thank you ladning product page with your offer. why is he saying that now?

Subscriptions are great for products that you use and run out of. That’s gonna be a high Lifetime customer value, so it’s alright not to make money on the first sale.

I see some similarities between eCommerce and us, we are both low ticket ($32.5) but our Customer Life Value is approx $350. #HEYSABRI Can you provide a strategy for promoting a single day event with a high ticket price? The typical ticket sales graph for an event is like a covid wave, peaking just before the event. There's tons of videos showing how to promote ecom sites or lead gens, but no one actually talks about this!
