Awesome information, and greatly appreciated. I've applied for Walmart last year and was denied. I was disappointed, and never applied again. I'm a member of a Walmart group on Facebook and the consensus of many is WM is definitely finicky and their backend systems are clunky. Either way I'm going to reapply again now that I feel with my brand and have expanded its presences. Thanks again for the video.

This is an amazing video, can’t believe it’s for free! I have a question about pricing. I am seller on Amazon and doing great there but wandering can I keep the same price on Walmart? I heard that prices on Walmart are required to be low as possible with minimum profit. So much valuable informations here, thank you so much for this tutorial!

I am not able to get verified even after attaching EIN letter received from irs . Walmart insist on sending EIN confirmation letter which is not provided by IRS and they are not contactable 😢

Does Walmart have the same product listing hoops to jump through that Amz has? I am referring to the oppressive product restrictions (gating) that Amz uses. New sellers on Amz are in for a rude awaking regarding gating for new products these days. This comment is in reference to wholesale selling of new products, not your own passion products.

Hi... can I ask for an experience with UPC codes... I am a new seller on Amazon, US based company, with codes from GS1 - and I cannot add product - it keep blocking me with a red flag on the UPC code? ... Not a good idea. As lots of scams are going on. Always apply for your own walmart marketplace. That is recommended.

What about start-ups. We have a product thats sold locally as part of our business, but no online sales, hence no W9. We are just launching USQuailCoop, an ag cooperative, and we will be loading a Freshstore supply store module (as well as a print shop and a custom merch shop). Do you need to have your product sku, barcodes etc and packaging ready when you apply? How do you find the nearest warehouse location to deliver product?

I'd try it anyway. Whenever somebody tells me they'll show me how to start a walmart store but dont tell me where to get the stuff to sell while also telling me to sell my stuff at walmart but cant sell custom stuff or else walmart wont let me sell sounds sus to me. The guy may or may not be telling the truth but theres one way to find out.

what if Walmart cannot verify your EIN even though you have an official EIN verification letter from IRS? do you need open a support ticket with Walmart and upload the IRS EIN verification letter and a written W9 Form.
