I'd love to see you guys make a video on what (if any) repairs you guys make for systems, controllers, etc that you find out at yard sales and thrifts. Especially if they are easy fixes that anyone can do. It would also be cool to see a video on empty cases/boxes and manuals, being able to piece together complete copies upon finding the loose games out and about. Always ask thrift stores or yard sale sellers about empty stuff, as usually they will give you them for free. I hold onto any loose case/manual/box I find, no matter how cheap the game is. Loose games will always be more common than complete ones, and the little boosts in value add up over time. Plus, it's just satisfying to complete stuff and sell/trade it off proper.

Loving all the content, fellas! Appreciate you. I would definitely love a video on easy fixes for game systems - NES flashing red light, N64 won’t connect, PS2 disc drive, etc. I think over time, that video would get one million views from all the people YouTubing answers for that stuff

Great video as always! Would love to see your process on pricing games. Also the condition of the games or systems. How much wear is to much and would make a very good item just good or even acceptable?

@CATRP Crew The prices on your buy list seem alot lower than what I usually am able to find in my current area outside of showing up 2 hours early for a yardsale. Is that the price point actually needed to make a profit? Or do you have a lower price point because you have employee's and overhead bills that need to be paid?

do you handle loose ds games the same as the example you gave for cartridge games? theyre much smaller and lighter than a gamegear(?) game edited for clarity; do you use the same 6x9 poly bag or something smaller? put a piece of cardboard in to fill out the rest of the poly bag plus add some rigidity and weight? go to game stores and ask for any cases they may be throwing out?

You could sell loose discs. Just list them as “acceptable” condition.

Looking to get started buying and selling but where do you even start finding games? In the UK Garage sales aren’t a thing and charity shops (thrift stores) very rarely have games in them, any advice?

The hunt can be different! Building connections is going to be helpful regardless where you are. We have several UK and AUS Discord members, so it's not impossible to source!

he just made the video for VIEWS and to make money he's not going to tell you how to get ungated because if he does he creates more competition that is the only way he is able to make more money then he can on eBay or anywhere else! been selling on amazon full time since 98' no amazon seller will give trade secrets on how to get ungated they keep that close to there vest as the saying goes lose lips sink ships

Probably doesn’t know because he’s been selling before the platform gated people. I remember back in 2010 I would sell my old games on Amazon no issues now I’m gated in almost every item category. 😅

This is the list for publishers I was auto ungated in after requesting approval. It’s a long list, so do what you what with it. I was originally gated in BANDAI, I requested approval with probably 30 sales on the board and was auto ungated. That’s the first one that I’ve noticed the change in approval since starting. Ok, just now tried Xbox branded and got approved. I looked up a Xbox 360 with Kinect and got auto ungated while I’m sending you this. 3) Skylanders Imaginators for the Switch I was able to sell and was not gated in. Also ungated in it on Xbox, but gated in it on PlayStation. Some of the figures I can sell and some I can’t. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason why.

yes these type of people (or business) are patthic they just make these videos in hopes of views to make money or reel unsuspected viewers into joining there PAID discord where you may or may not get the INFO on getting ungated or not from my experience with other amazon sellers for over 25 years selling full time on amazon amazon sellers will NEVER give there trade secrets away including how to get ungated WHY because if they do that They create more competition this is something they dont want this is how they can get more on amazon then ebay or any other platform because THERE IS So much less competition on amazon then there is on Ebay and other like platforms
