this delhivery service is very bad expericence while taking delhivery they charge more than transportation i have receive courier from them they charge me double for courier because while calling they say no extra charge after reciving something else so very very poor result

Delhivery services not good in shillong. I didn't receive my important documents from Bangalore done by my sister, when I called they said they don't home deliver documents only online products. If you people don't deliver documents why in first place you accepted my documents for the delivery . That's not fair and the speaker in the phone was so rude next time when I called he kept on cutting my call. Would like to suggest that just remember to improve your customer service.
