actually i’ve noticed this in cyberspace when platforms go up the upward momentum carries along with the jump, kinda nice cos it’s fun too bad they didn’t do the same for horizontal momentum

Its pretty funny that sonic can go over the invisible walls. You could even say he BROKE THROUGH THEM ALL

I find it funny how i've heard people say hyper bounce isn't optimal for speedruns, even though there's a platform for it right next to Giganto's arena, and it can be done a lot earlier because unlike something like HSP or Hit And Run, you don't need to get the SP for stomp attack, although you do need it later for Ares and Chaos skips

Is frontier any good? I saw so many mixed reviews. Ill probably eventually play it once its on sale for really cheap.

I think its pretty decent, and personally more fun that most of the recent Sonic releases. Note thats because I personally enjoy open world platforming and while this has 2D platforming via Cyberspace, the open zones are prominent.

@@DPadGamer sonic adventure 2 is my favorite of the whole series so I think ill really like the more open world. If they had thrown even a simplistic Chao garden in Id have bought it day 1. Bad reason but I loved training those little guys and trying to evolve them into the rare forms. Id play a game just about Chao but it wouldnt be as fun because collecting the animals and power ups in the normal levels really evened out the action and made a great cycle of play a level and get animals then spend 10 minutes with the little guys. Dang now I got the itch to go back and play sonic adventure 2 again lol.

Yes it’s good especially the boss fights and free dlc story is coming in late 2023 with new playable characters

For some reason, now when I do this, glitch the wall is ridiculously high, and I can't go over it, even though I'm going stupidity high. 😢

I can never seem to find the trigger to spawn giganto so I end up either reloading a previous save so I don’t get stuck in the arena or restarting entirely.

There’s a wall blocking it so I don’t think it’s available anymore

Its still very much doable, you have to go over the invisible wall (theres two, actually).

I have a question, does the game recognize how many emeralds you have and stop you, does the game not realize what’s going on and let you go super, or do you fight Giganto in normal form

It does matter how many chaos emeralds you have when you get the purple one on Giganto. He can still turn into Super Sonic

I know he said you can reach the boss early but would it even matter, I mean you need 6 of the seven emeralds anyway to actually fight giganto so I don’t know how well this would work

Doing this and touching the emerald atop Giganto skips needing the other six so... it'd work exactly as well as described.
