How to Separate Headphone Audio & Speaker Audio | Use 2 Audio Outputs at the Same Time

Separate Headphone Audio & Speaker Audio with only a few clicks..With this option you wont damage your front panel headphone port by pluging it in and out every time you need to enable/disable your rear output...

Here are the steps :
*Double click the Realtek Audio Manager from the icon tray (bottom right corner)[Should be similer even if your motherboard doesnt have realtek audio chipset]
*Click Device advanced settings from the top right corner
*Check the option Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously from the Playback Device section
*Click Ok

Thank you for showing this setting in the Realtek software. That did the trick! Now I can split my audio on one web browser / video game through my nice speaker system, and also listen to other audio podcasts on a different browser with my smaller desktop speakers. This perfectly worked creating two separate audio profiles between my front and rear 3.5mm inputs for my PC.

Is this what I need to do in order to use a splitter in my headset jack to handle sending the sound to a mixer and to have what would generally come out of the laptop speakers go to that same mixer with a mic cable on the splitter? We want a Zoom laptop to hear sound from a system directly and not through the builtin mic, and have anyone who speaks be heard through the mixer attached speakers. We do a mix minus on the mic cable so that those on Zoom do not get an echo. But so far the sound is still coming out of the laptop instead of going to the mixer and out the larger system speakers. We have a xlr and 3.5mm splitter going into the headphone jack -- but have done no configuration changes within Windows 10 to get it to recognize those two cables going in and out of the laptop. How do I do that -- via the Realtec software?

I tried this but my speakers just wont play, I have them plugged in the back green line in jack and they appear as Front speakers in the Realtek software. The headphones work fine as 2nd realtek output as shown in the video, but the speakers just wont play any sound.

i am using ASUS realtek hd audio manager and there is no option for "make front and rear output devices..." there is no advanced settings, only options and there is only options for recording device.

If you have an ASUS motherboard, download it from the manufacturers website (your motherboard). If not, download it online. But, it takes hours... sadly.

mayb your laptops doesnt have a realtek audio chip..look into the specs and install the proper audio drivers for the chipset.these setting will b available in any chipset drivers softwares.

@@telugujobupdates5531 you windows will install the drivers automatically..if you want to do the drivers manually then go to your motherboard makers website and download the latest driver from there..I am pretty sure we dont have the same motherboard..If you want a driver link mention your motherboard model

buy a USB sound card..your laptop will detect the USB audio and 3.5 separately..

I dont think you can do it through windows sound management..you will need a virtual interface and set the output for the specific audio source through that virtual interface
