Hi nice video thanks what would be the best temp to remove the solder on a jbc like yours also will the top board sit down correctly without any pressure like using a coin or 2 ?

Why didnt you reball the other layer of the motherboard?

I have question about that: If I use one half from another motherboard and the other half from the other motherboard, will the phone turn on? for data recovery only ?

No, you can't swap nand only. The parts belong together like CPU, nand, baseband an so on.

Reballing both would be the correct way, it’s like tinning wires and joining them together

@@samellis2705 well yeah but you still would have to technically be doing both with the heat, you reball the chip and you still would have to put flux on the board
