how to serviced Markem imaje inkjet printer model 9040/ 9450
i take care 45 printing machines. Before we have old model S4 100 imaje inkjet printers but we trade inn all to 9040. And 9232, 9450.

Just a couple notes for anyone watching this. if you remove the piezo from the cannon be sure to replace the 2 teflon O-rings the cannon will likely not seal properly otherwise. DO NOT stick the head back into the ink tank this will just reintroduce debris back into the ink stream. you will have many problems with jet out of gutter faults. the filters do not catch everything Always remove the silver piezo wire before rotating the cannon. when adjusting the cannon. there is a * symbol on the cannon this is the starting point for rotating the cannon. also slightly crack open the 2 screws on the cannon holder before adjusting cams. after flushing clean out the visco meter, the inline flow restrictor in the tubing from the filter back to ink tank and the callbrated leak from the ink tank to the viscometer. It is very common to have visco faults after flushing if not cleaned.

Thank you bro, kita mo idol kayang kaya ko ayusin mga yan ang motor nyan ang tawag ay step DC Motor maliit lang both side may pressure pump sa isang side vacuum pump sabay ikot ng isang motor.

sa work ko ako lang nakakaalam mag ayus yan idol. pag hindi ko gagawin tatawag sila ng imaje technician company ng printers. mahal ang singil nila kse lam muna business .

Oo idol kaya ko share para matutunan din ng mga baguhan at madali silang matuto. Dahil ako ng hirap ako natutnuan yan Walang ngturo sakin.

this model 9040 the adjustment of break of point in print head .turn slowly the potentiometer. and use magnifying glass.

Your printer two head? Go to message sence try to play in message since happened to me that problem and i fixed it. 9040 single head.

in the message settings there is an option called "DIN" with a check mark box. Toggle it and the print will be normal again.

Marhaba low vacuum pressure ? You need to replace vacuum pump, because if vacuum pump not enough pressure cause of fault, ink leak on the head and print not cleat. So change vacuum pump.that is expensive your company pay.

Try to reset the board there’s switch on main board unplug thin move to lower switch. But before you that unplag power suplly.

@@adacarrera67 hello bro, this printer ink level faulty? Thats easy how to fix. This one there’s two rod on the thank ink. So, theres two wires check one of them broken wire, just strip the wore and soldered or use small connector crimp then plug to rod. Automatic fault reset.

my friend you can control the speed adjust the pressure on the pump use allen key turn slowly clock wise or counter clockwise try and observe. there’s two motor one is vacuum pump. one is pressure pump that one you need to adjust.
