Why are you using a vacuum on your internals!? NEVER use a vacuum as it creates static electricity that can short out components.

That is exactly what I was going to say. In fact it's possible the sweeper caused a charge which then required the RAM to need reseated to dissapate the charge.

That's a nice server! I used an older PowerEdge 2950 III (2x E5420, 32GB RAM) to host my public MC server in 2013-2017. I would have used it for longer but I didn't have a dedicated room for it anymore and it's way too loud to run in my room, and there wasn't really any players left on the server anyway. Sadly the days of being able to start a successful MC server just by posting on forums and youtube are long gone, at least here in Finland. If I started a new server today I'd get less players than in 2012 when I started mine even though at start it was Hamachi only. Most Finnish servers that still have players are owned by big youtubers.

Just a few tips the wrong port you plugged in for ethernet is a iDrac port, its the port used for remote monitoring and controlling of that dell server. Also as others have stated a datavac is cheap and useful or air dusters. Being that server is a Dell you can lower the fans via ipmi scripts so they are less loud mine run at 2200 rpms on my Dell R410

I just use a regular PC with NAS storage drives for file servers and game server hosting. It might not be as powerful, but it works for my needs. I probably shouldn't use windows for that, but i do because I'm too lazy to install ubuntu server, and everything works currently. I love how I use ubuntu on my pc, but use windows 10 for a server lol. Tip for hosting a server (if you have multiple worlds/plugins you want to switch between): you can make a file server, and make your minecraft server drive available to the network so you can change the world files from another device from the file explorer. you can also use ssh to stop/start your server remotely (i'm assuming you knew that). I use a network drive to host my minecraft server for my friends, and its very easy to add/remove plugins and change the world file from spigot via windows explorer or an smb drive on linux. I also use windows remote desktop for checking the console and starting the server. ssh works too.

This is a professional setup! What’s the average total wattage you’re pulling with that thing during normal operation? Always wanted to try something like this, but with the energy crisis, power ain’t getting cheaper, and I live in a fairly warm climate, so air conditioning is already inflating my electric bills. And is your server devoted to running MC, or do you run it as a NAS or something?

Dell R620, honestly very rarely does it spin up that high. I've had my friends afk overnight with a spawner and it still doesn't spin up (but maybe that's more of a memory build up than a high cpu utilization).

Most servers spin up to 100 to test but are built like a wind tunnel so you really don’t need them on very high

64Gb of ram are weigh too mutch, you will be better allocating max. 16Gb of ram, cause then f.e. a pig gett killed, its saved in the ram for something like 15 minutes and isnt needet anymore, so if you have too mutch ram you will have a lag every time the ram deletes himself, cause its hard for the server to know quick what’s needet and what’s not and also you dont need the dead pig in your ram for like 15 minutes.
