I'm currently saving my money for hay, I spent it all on a big cork log! 😅 I had 8$ left so just went to the dollar store lol (The smallest size of hay my local pet store has is 40 oz and its 18$ where I live)

How did you make your platforms high enough for over 11 inches of bedding? Did you make your own platforms? Cause all the ones I see on amazon go as high as 7 inches

The only thing I would change is take out half the hideouts and other obstacles so the gerbils can dig and move around more freely. Way too much stuff in the cage.
