man, that's a priceless video as there are no other ones that show how to set this complicatwd but useful machine together....one thing though: Soooo wish you TALKED through the video giving further details...like where to piur clean water, which hose to use, which end goes where. i had to rewatch at least 5 times like a dummy before figuring out. Thanks again!

i have the aquamate 3 .. so glad that it got upgraded to easier to use .. this looks frustrating to set up and use .. and the new 3 has a motorized brush roller

Using a tripod for the camera would make it easier to follow, still don't know which hose to use and where to put the water

@galsal78 mmm It could be clogged or the pump is down. Does water comes out without connecting the tubes?

Our Aquamate water tank is leaking water. It has never been used before. Was told maybe needs a new o-ring but we cannot even figure out how to getinto this "tank". Is there a way to open the water tank?

Janis Watkins I believe there’s tabs under tank the black housing. I no longer have aquamate 2.

My water is not flowing...any ideas? I have water in the white tank, I have the top on, the hoses are connected, the soap is in the bottle, I am so frustrated right now, and I cannot leave my house in disarray as I'm getting furniture delivered tomorrow and wanted to shampoo first - I have only used it once before, so it would be f'd up if it needs 'repair'

If water doesn't come out without clear tubes. Then probably the pump is broken.

yep, I think you are correct - I have a friend who brought over her water basin...and it worked and I could hear the diff, but ALSO once we go the other basin on...now the dumb soap won't come out! Seriously I have only used this 1 before and it was clean and stored - wth? any clue on the soap jar? thanks for getting back to me ))

I always have problem with soap working. here's a tip.When u have everything ready, don't connect electric cord from white tank and disconnect the hose. Turn on the Rainbow on get the clear tubes put it on in the intake out(where u connect the suction hose) until u see the soap coming close to end. Then u connect the clear tubes to pump (white tank) and connect the cord from white tank. this should work.
