I was struggling for nearly an hour to find an option of the application to send me that code, I thought that was supposed to be generated, not just chosen by myself. And, from the beginning, I was afraid that I definitely need routable IP. Thank God it's not the case. Just works fine now. Thank you!

Are you aware of the problem with the phone app not allowing playback on the phone during the day. OK when you look at the nightime recording but its stops at say 7am? displays "system unstable.trying to reconnect" Do you have an answer because the issue has been around a while and Hik Vision dont seem to want to fix it. GL
