Thanks for feedback Bro! I’m a complete rookie to screen printing...but I’ve been studying immensely...and I experienced all the challenges u mentioned in my off contact setup...what size should the plexiglass be? Should it be size of screen? 20 x 24”?

ours is 18" X 24" try to keep it the same size as your platens.

I bought sum material called ABS from Amazon...1/16” is very thin...I cut it down to basically size of the 20 x 24” screen
