The beauty with Capacities for me is that I don't have to worry about the structure of my folders, if i put information into an object that I then think is more relavant to another object its easily changed over. I then use a dashboard object to gather all the info that I need on a particular subject, based on the MOC video that was done by Beth (the project object is basically the same thing) The only part of the PARA method I use is the archive tag, that I can then filter out of each object view but easily find all archived items through the tag.

I've been happily using notion for the past 4 years for my personal project management however capacities seems to have some additional features regarding pkm and standardisation. a comparison video advantages notion vs capacities would be awesome!

I set up a "Quick Notes" object to catch all ideas I want to keep and later I want to move to other place (as Projects or Areas, etc) to clear that but I don't know how to move it completely. If we mention or link it, we need to keep it in "Quick Notes" forever. Do you have any solution for that?

Can Capacities be used as a CRM? I use notion to keep track of companies/people I'd like to work with and when/if I've contacted them.

I like capacities, but without a mobile app it's not possible for me. And yeah, i know the app will be out soon, but this soon is not so soon

I do not recommend using this application. I've been experiencing instability for two days, everything simply disappeared. I've restarted the browser and installed the app and nothing. Worst of all, without realizing it I created an account with the same email as last time and the tool simply accepted it. How can an application create two accounts with the same email? It is an application with critical errors and low confidence
