Bc, Tube and Regulator are brought side by side. Scuba connection starts with BC first. After the BC is connected to the tube, it is switched to the regulator. Wetting the belt on the connection part of your balance vest will make it much easier and more comfortable to connect to the tube. Therefore, our first job should be to wet the connection belt part of the balance vest. The first thing we will pay attention to when connecting the BC to the Cylinder is to make sure that the valve part of the tube is facing forward with the BC. The tube and BC facing the wrong direction do not connect as we would like and disturb us underwater.
Holding the BC carrying buckle with one hand and the fastening belt with the other, we lower the BC down and fasten it and close the buckle. The connection alignment of the BC should be such that the valve of the cylinder is aligned with the BC carrying buckle. Connecting the BC too far down the tube can pull us backwards during the dive and cause the valve to hit our head during sudden maneuvers.
