But seriously thank you for the video I was hoping for something I have not heard before and, the bit about the supports being horizontal sounds like a great tip thanks!

Why not set the speaker on top of the pole before raising the pole?

I have an Anker Soundcore Rave Partycast pair of 80 watt Bluetooth wireless speakers and they both have female threads on bottom of the speakers. What type of tripod would I need for it? It's about a quarter inch thread maybe. Would any of these tripods be good for those or do you have to buy the female and male adapter for the tripods even after buying them? Or do most of them already have that option? Sorry inexperienced with tripods, thanks for any advice and research, or time put into this. Appreciate it. I subscribed also. Lol

Can you down-til angle inclination the speaker? in situations where the stage is high and the public needs a special tripod configuration. Cheers!

Ive got speakers with stands - but there is a small vertical lip inside the bottom speaker hole that fits into the stand - and no corresponding notch in the stand pole to fit it. The speakers therefore sit around one inch into the stand pole - which seems a bit dangerous ie possible to knock over easier than I would like. Any advice would be much appreciated.
