I'm looking to get a z11 pro max but my current provider sometimes misses certain things I want watch so I am looking for a second real debrid or plex type of vod solution, what would be best to use on this device

Hello, thank you for texting or getting in touch with us. What I would recommend are some of the free services that are out there. There's also a paid service from overseas called my family cinema. They're very very good. They'll probably cost you 29.99 a year and you would pay directly to them. It's what a lot of my customers use if they don't use some of the free options

From what I hear this box has a ton of bugs. Like a lot! Especially for the price point. Do you care to speak on that???

Yeah I'll speak on it. From what I understand, all new software has bugs and the software updates that came out removed a lot of those bugs. But what we need to ask is what bugs are they talking about? Because it is working tremendously fine for me. This is not an upsell type of box. This box is for a person that wants the best of the best and there are so many functions that overlook some of the bugs that people are talking about. So I don't know what anyone is specifically mentioning, but the ceiling is high for this unit very very high. So much so a lot of our Nvidia shield customers have switched to this unit and have significantly noticed a significant speed advantage. So I hope that helps. Thanks for reaching out man

@@thestreammachine8967 The major bug I see is the stutter. If you cant watch a box for the purpose it's for which it's made, its a fail. My z11 stutters every few minutes or so. I have 2 other Andriod boxes and they're fine, no stutter at all, but this box sheesh! Unwatchable. I have a great wired connections. Speeds are top notch in the box, but still stutters. No clue why. Changed vpn's, no vpn. Doesnt matter. You're telling me you don't get a stutter?

@@Dave-gk2wi Yes I'm telling you the truth. I don't get any stuttering that sounds like a provider issue more than anything else. I got no stuttering and I have no reason to lie. Because this is not the only unit that I resell I resell a lot of different units but I boil it down to what I feel are the best per customer. So I'll say it once again. I understand there are some bugs very little but not a lot. I do not get any stuttering whatsoever

@@thestreammachine8967 Here's a good one. Ethernet connection issues - when connecting the ethernet cable to the box, the box doesnt show a connection. Wire is good, modem is good. I've tried eveything i could find to dix the issue. Nothing. Any ideas???
