Well done Mate you are a Genius! I got us a new C3 Cat and Dog thingy yesterday and went to sleep after spending all that dosh. Jees the ear ache I got when it wouldn't work. The hoses wouldn't fit. I did think of cutting the plastic bit off the end but figured leave that as a last resort. Nothing fitted so I went out to the bin and got the packaging backed but couldn't find the instructions so I started googling. Half way through I got a shriek and rushed downstairs and the Wife was at the door with stuff in her hand so I thought the Postie dropped some good news .. nope it was the instructions. lord knows where they were found, so I came back to the PC to read them without opening the plastic cos I was takin' it back tomorrow. So I watched your video and Wow!!! when you showed that banana ! (Sounds like a dodgy film) ..anyway I went back down and asked nicely if there was there any curvy thing still missing? Oh this you mean? as Wife picks out the bannana from behind the rubbish .." The Dog was trying to chew it so I hid it!" Bloody Hell I thought! So I fitted it all together and said Voila in my poshest French and the response was .."oh good put it away now before Our Daughter comes home and complains about the mess. Where was the bloody: Wow Bri you are a genius ..thankyou! Life don't change. Anyway Mate ..thank you for a crackin' Video .. and well done! :-)

Nice concise instructions, thank you! One question, right in front of where the hose connects to the body of the vac, is a little plastic thing that looks like it has an image of an electric plug on it, about two inches up from the cover release for bag change. What is the purpose of that? (wish I could show you a picture)

I noticed the yellow-coloured Compact C2 Miele canister in the background, but I don't see it in the Vacuum Warehouse website nor in other websites that show the Miele models sold in Canada. I'd like to know more about it.

I just bought this vacuum today except mine has a HEPA filter. Have not Switched out the old filter yet for the HEPA Normal that it keeps shutting off? Am I doing something wrong? I literally just bought the vacuum 3 hours ago.

Quick question: just bought a brand new c3 Miele, turn it on with the nozzle connected and the red bar goes max straight away... turn it off and it goes back down... does it need a new bag although it’s brand new?
