Just got mine today and, hopefully, it will serve its purpose. I have the 3 pack also. It was easy to set up and mount. I have an Echo Show and a Kindle to use. I also have the app on my Android phone. I’m going to use the USB Flashdrive once my trial cloud subscription ends.

I bought one and couldn't find any installing instructions. Yours is the 3rd videos i watched and the first one that made any sense. Thank you! Now I'll go try again.

Thanks for your reply! Your suggestions worked. I filed using a regular fingernail emery board, then added a little vaseline - Worked like a pro! Thanks again. Your advice was right on. All the best!

So far I only have one of the 5 up. kzfaq.infoUgkxOXxsTZ3ptV_Pk0fFl8bNZvVqeoqBQFwe My son ran out of time, with motion detector etc. I have it over my garage door. It works great. Have seen a couple of cats, my dogs, when I am out front. And had a bee buzzing around right in front of it. It works very well. It even shows the neighbour's driveway, but only shows movement just past my own, which is very long. I highly recommend them.

Can you get 3 simultaneous live streams? Also I really don't want to get alert every single time there's motion. Guess I'll play around to get that just right. Thanks for the great video. Just picked the 3 pack on Prime Day

Hi, good, instructive video -- thanks! Only thing is that I bought additional suction devices for my 5-cam blink system because we are in our RV. I am having trouble pushing the mount into the camera. I think you said it "just pops right in", but I tried pushing it in, even trying to gently "screw" it in but it just won't pop in. Please help. Thanks.

I would try some fine sandpaper on the edges and some lubricant, maybe Vaseline on it . I did have to use a little force.

The camera set I just purchased popped in easily. My friends, which we haven't installed yet, I pressed together as hard as I dare and it would not go together. I'll have to use the fine sandpaper idea.

Is there a backup battery if the wifi goes down, for example there is a power outage?

The cameras have a small battery but the receiver does not. you would have to add that yourself.

I’m considering getting them , my dad, brother, and sister, all have it, I still have Xfinity and I am not happy with the price they charge. My main concern is does it actually have security built in?

I'm not what you mean by security built in, Like calling "911" or a siren. No it does not. The blink cameras I have will only alert you on your mobile device.

How can you arm the system as well as set it up to send you notification when motion is detected?

In the mobile app / camera settings, you can arm it .set up the zones .You can enable audio and have it notify you. There’s a lot of things you can adjust from the app.

Okay, hoping you mean Photo Capture. I found this link: support.blinkforhome.com/en_US/outdoor-and-indoor-camera-faq/photo-capture-faq Also this: Note: Photo Capture is only available if you have an active Blink Subscription Plan. In addition, Photo Capture does not work with Local Storage.

Mine won't snap on and I put quite a bit of pressure. I was scared I was going to break it.

You might need to take some fine sandpaper and ease the edges. Very lightly .

Yes, You’ll need it close to the Wifi and close to the cameras. The app will kinda tell you that you are in range.

when your cam is up high you can't see the persons face well and if he has a hat you don't see it at all.

That would be an issue. Not sure how to tackle that. My gut reaction would be hit the speaker and make them look up. Hopefully you are home. or have 2 cameras, one at a different angle maybe? Thanks for the comment.
