Hey Noisy, do you still own this vehicle? If so, believe it or not NOBODY HAD UPLOADED A VIDEO using the Hdmi with a gaming console, can you test out if hdmi works with consoles, I remember the Hdmi in the Lexus and Jeep lagged / jittered really badly! Whenever you have free time.

I would of thought that the 2nd row passengers can just easily use their screen cast (screen mirroring) feature from their phones to project onto to these Escalade screens here and to watch any of these same apps (Netflix, KZfaq, Amazon, etc...) And much, much more..? Using these FireTV or Roku USB sticks seems not necessary if you have a smart phone with screen casting/mirroring..? Does screen cast mirroring not work with these Escalade screens..? Also, do the Escalade screens come with any apps built into this Escalade entertainment system, I see Hulu is in there, but is there any other apps built-in..? I was also planning to put a small wall outlet plug-in surge protector in there anyways to power and protect multiple traditional components (Xbox, Playstation, and a 4k blue ray player). Streaming is great and all, but nothing can beat the video and sound quality of a real physical media compact disc, just call me the old school tech guy here... 😂

Did you need to set up the Firestick before plugging it in? I get “no signal” error. Also, how do I use internet from my phones wifi, not the car?

Thanks for the video. I have this same set up. The issue is my kids keeping walking into the streaming stick and the hdmi gets bent and stops working. I have tried 90 degree hdmi adapters but they don’t work. Any advice as to what to do?

Hello I’m having issues with the audio on my 2021 Cadillac same system as the one in video… in the setup process when I test the audio volume the device does not set the volume neither on the the 4 tries it gives me… so I just go ahead and finish the set up without the sound everything works but no sound… did you came along this issue?

What do you do for the sound?

All those wires just look so messy I don’t like it
