Very nice! My takeoffs improved a lot with one small technique added: before the pull first slowly go forward and feel the light tension of A-s on your thumbs which should be equal, adjust the tension by slight side-steping, then go backwards a couple of steps, and then pull and go-go-go.

Absolutely! Yes. I do that as well. Know that you are centered and that you can feel where the lines will load for inflation. The wing has the best chance for inflating symmetrically from a forward launch when you start centered and directly into wind. Accelerate gradually and have the glider directly overhead as the airflow and lift increase. Fully loaded and perfectly overhead creates the most deflation-resistant launch for a paraglider. Also, no leaping or jumping into harness before the wing is fully centered overhead and lifting up to decrease your chances of deflation, collapsing, stalling and/or injury, damage to body or gear. LLL!!!
