In this video, I explain how to create a new user on Windows 10, but a user with limited permissions. If you have one computer and another user wants to use the computer, you can create a limited user to prevent him from accessing or changing any Windows settings. As the limited user cannot, for example, install applications, change the region, and also change the language, time, and other powers available to the administrator. In any case, Windows 10 allows you to create a limited user, and the creation method is very simple, and you can also convert the limited user into an Administrator user. You must be logged in as an administrator to be able to create a limited user.

Hi thanks you for the video How do you restrict the user from deleting web history and other activities. I’m giving a pc to my kids but I wanna have full parental control to make sure their safety and well being

I think that has to do more with the web browser rather than the OS. Maybe you can check if your web browser has an kids setting.
