A really simple bag, using fabric you wouldn't expect would work! Of course you can use any fabric you like, and although I've used shop-bought handles you could easily make your own.

Materials:
32” x 14” [81cm x 336cm]cm] outer fabric
32” x 22” [81cm x 56cm] lining fabric
32” x 22” [81cm x 56cm] firm interfacing [Decovil light]
2 x 1” [2.5cm] D rings
Handle
Magnetic snap
Plate or saucer to round off corners
Cut:
2 pieces of outer and lining fabric each measuring 16” x 14” [41cm x 36cm]
2 pieces of lining fabric each measuring 4” x 4” [10cm x 10cm]
2 pieces of lining fabric each measuring 11” x 7.5” [28cm x 19cm]
Fuse interfacing to the wrong sides of the outer fabrics and one piece of flap fabric
