This box zipper pouch is easy to make and it is suitable for beginners to try to make it since the sewing process of this box zipper pouch is simple.
The box zipper pouch pattern is rectangle and it just need to sew in straight line.
The yellow and green color floral pattern fabric is used as front fabric of this zipper box pouch, it make the box pouch colorful. Also, I sew a 20cm zipper in a pouch and sew the zipper pouch with batting, it look so cute.

Materials:
front fabric 16cm x 23cm ( 2pcs.)
lining 16cm x 23cm (2pc.)
one-sided fusible batting 14cm x 21cm (2pcs.)
fabric 6cm x 6cm (2pcs.)
fabric 14cm x 4cm (2pcs.)
fabric 9cm x 4cm (4pcs.)
20cm zipper
Tools:
scissors
iron and ironing board
sewing clips
zipper foot
air erasable pen
ruler
Finish size:
length: 13cm
height: 8cm
width: 8cm
Steps:
1. Cut the fabrics and fusible batting into suitable size.
2. Iron the fusible batting on the back side of the front fabric.
3. Place the front fabric on the table with right side up, put the zipper on the top with the zip tabs facing down. Place the lining on the top with right side down. Align all the centers.
4. Using a zipper foot, sew the fabric layers together with 1cm seam allowance.
5. Fold the front fabric and lining back. Stitch about 1-2mm from the edge.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other side.
7. Fold the front fabrics and linings right sides together. The two linings is facing each other while the two front fabrics is facing each other.
Fix the bottom sides with clips and sew the bottom sides with 1cm seam allowance.
8. Follow sewing tutorial, turn over the fabrics.
9. Fold each edge of the 6cm x 6cm fabric in toward the middle and press. Fold in half to make a tab. Total make two tabs.
Place the tabs on the zipper ends. Sew the sides of the zipper ends.
10. Fold the 14cm x 4cm fabric in half, wrong sides together to make a crease. Then fold each edge in toward the middle and press. Bound the sides of the zipper ends and sew it. Repeat the step on the other side.
11. Mark a 3cm x 3cm square in each corners and cut it.
12. Box the four corners of the pouch by using the 9cm x 4cm fabrics and sew it.
13. open the zipper completely and turn the box pouch right side out. The zipper box pouch is done!
