How To Sew A Pencil Holder Bookmark

It's back to school time and I have a fast and easy project that your students will love! Today I show you how to make this pencil holder bookmark that will keep your page in your text book and also hold your pencil and pens so you will always be prepared for class!! I hope you give this a try and thanks for watching.

I’ve been watching a lot of your videos and I am impressed with how you show everything clearly yet simply and in a way that it is easy to understand. Very well done, thank you. I was watching via my Roku stick and so was unable to comment on each one. Loved the brick style quilt with old jeans - I might do that one day when I have enough.

Thanks! I was looking for something different than the standard fabric bookmarks. This will be Perfect for my friend's school-age kids. I did not sew the middle seam in the pocket, as I don't know what size pencils, pens, or highlighters they prefer.

It appears that he has sandwiched them incorrectly. The folded piece needs to have the seam at the bottom. Not in the middle of the project.
