I stitch flannel inside for heavy night pads.

Your video is good but there are things you could do different to make it more efficient: 1. Use cotton for the top layer 2. Old but clean towels for the inlay, it soaks up a lot more 3. Use microfleece as a back layer to make it leek proof 4. Sew the soaking layers (as many layers of towel as you want) on the top layer (cotton) 5. When done, sew the top layer (cotton) on the back layer (fleece), both facing the "right" side and leave a gap open on the bottom 5. On the gap turn the inside out so the towels are now inside the pad 6. Topstitch the pad to close the gap 7. SEW the buttons or snaps on the pad, DON'T USE GLUE!! otherwise they might fall off after a short time or in the washing machine

i recomend using black cloth and do not use this at night i recomend using a diaper when you have heavy flow (yes it works)
