Even before my babies could eat solids, I found that they needed a cute little bib to catch their messes. This bib is the perfect size for a little one- pretty but still saves those nice precious baby clothes from getting sloppy!
Materials needed for this project are..
2 pieces of cotton fabric that measure 9.5" x 12"
1 piece of cotton batting that measures 9.5" x 12" - flannel can substitute
pearl snaps (or velcro, regular snaps, or ties)
chopstick to poke out corners
sewing machine, coordinating thread, scissors, & iron
optional- rotary cutter & self healing mat
These make a great gift for new moms! I would suggest making several at once perhaps in coordinating fabrics and colors.
