I’m makin mine because I hate the new “ankle-length” trend that is everywhere. I can’t find women’s pants that aren’t ankle length. I already have a machine and a serger so why the hell not

@@icegoddess1308 Totally agree! Been making my own jeans for many years and every pair is different from another. Various colours, pocket style, pocket embroidery, width, cuff etc. They are not difficult, but are time consuming due to all the topstitching.

WOW! I know, it's been a couple years already but that was perty darned impressive. I've been sewing as a hobbyist for over 30 years. I'm on my machines 10 - 12 times a week and jeans are still a bit frightening. After watching you whip out a pair of jeans any designer label would be hard pressed to do replicate. Not to mention they would retail for upwards of $400 to $600. I am inspired to clone my favorite jeans. Thanks for the inspiration and again, wow....WOW....Wow!

Even if he purchased the denim farbric from Cone Mills, i still dont think theyre worth more than $100. Try Bravestar salvage; handmade in america from imported denim. Now those are $300 jeans for cheap

I accidentally came across this video and thankfully just prior to me sewing some denim jeans. Such a beautiful finish and the topping on the cake was the handmade leather label. Beautiful.

I’m actually trying to start making my own cloths, I want all natural fiber everything I.e cotton flax hemp silk wool etc and buying is super expensive, I don’t know anything about this skill, but I know even if fabric is t cheap, it’s still cheaper and better for me, also I have a family of 8 and on top of farming, gun making/repairing, cooking, herbal medicine making and parenting, I’d like this skill to learn to teach to my wife and children so we can be self sufficient

I'm amazed at how much work actually goes in to one single pair of jeans! It was very interesting to see the whole process and all the tools and machines that are involved. I am interested in seeing the same process for the jeans with super thick stitching, embroidery and rhinestones such as the Miss Me jeans. Thanks so much for the video. Your sewing skills are excellent!

You went through the entire project without having to pause and think about anything. When you finished, the project came out perfect. All of the machinery you used seemed to be set up and tuned perfectly. Judging from your high skill level and the high quality professional equipment you are using, one would have to think that this isn't the first time you have done this. david
