Update: It looks like Google Meet now has an option when you're presenting a Chrome tab to share audio. This still doesn't help for applications outside of the browser, but it's a step in the right direction!

If you have a sound mixer, or external audio interface connected to your computer, You can input both a microphone and your computer audio mix through the sound mixer, or audio interface, and just make sure to have your audio mixer, or audio interface selected as your microphone.

I used to be able to play videos from youtube with this method and google meet would play the audio to the ones attending the meeting......but all of the sudden it can't, any other audio from the computer it is able to do it, but if it's from chrome or other browser it wont.......and it used to be able to do it.
