idk, but google drive feels much easier than onedrive. But again, it's just me. Their might be people who feel comfortable using onedrive more than google drive.

which is the best option to allow anyone in the organization to view/edit and specific people outside of the organization as well?

When you share a folder- do all the files underneath/within that folder also get shared with equal accessibility? If so, can you change that?

Yes, and no. You would need to relocate the files that you wouldn't want them to see. If you are giving them access to the folder, OneDrive is going to assume that you want them to have access to the whole folder. You could ONLY give them access to specific files though by only sharing that file with them.

Great video! To confirm, if I share a folder with someone and grant edit access, can we both add documents to that folder? Will all those added documents then be editable by both people?

That is correct. Give then Viewer access if you don't want them to be able to. -Kaleigh
