To be honest with you guys, I'm not really sure if this card shot is from Dabid Blaine, but the first time I saw someone do this card move, it was him, the one and only David Blaine. So I'm just going to call this neat little card trick the David blaine card shot!

I first saw it on the trilogy by Dan and Dave buck. It was used as a double lift variation. It works very good with two cards. Also I have a (I think) better handling on it. Will send you a video!!

If youre having trouble just know theres multiple ways to do this trick. I use the side of my thumb on top with my pinky, ring finger, and middle finger at bottom (you can even use one finger. Doesnt matter). And my pointer finger behind. The pointer finger helps a tiny bit but its all about pressure and releasing at your thumb. It should at least rotate a full 360 onto the deck in other hand. You can flip 10 cards if you want.

It appears where you place the index finger matters? Like at the bottom, middle, or top, it changes the power and flipping?

I think originally it started with flicking toothpicks and match sticks in certain tricks, the toothpicks to pop balloons but therr are other ways to shoot them these days, anything flexible that wants to return to its original shape works for sending things like this.

hey kristi! at the moment I use, Vegas for editing and paint.net + lightroom for thumbnails I'm changing to Premier Pro for editing tho :-)
