Thanks! love the explanation about why the foot has to tilt a bit for power shot. all other videos just say lace the ball and never address the issue that one's toes might hit the ground.

I think it's lasting one more hint: the flow of leg. I had so many difficulties in power of my shooting because I didn't left my leg continue the movement. The inertia thing. You can't touch the ball and stop the movement. You have to let your leg go on after the kick.

People talk a lot of smack about Americans when it comes to football, especially regarding shooting with laces. But this is the only channel I know of where there is a big emphasis placed on rotating the ankle when shooting with power, while also giving great advice on how to practise this technique. Look. I am a person who comes from india. My idol is Cristiano Ronaldo. My dream is to become a professional football player. I am only 13 years old. I play on the concrete roads. I try my best to get my parents to support me. But they say football isn't for indians. My leg is full of cuts and bruises from playing all weekend. I remove my shoes for more power and agility. Finally someone explains this correctly!! My kids’ coaches are teaching to hit with their laces and toes pointed down. Had to break them out of it because I’ve injured myself shooting this way.

Please make a video on mind calmness, it is one of the major problems I see in myself and as well as many other players. What basicially happens is that when I play with my friends or someone I know very well, I play as best as i can but when I'm in a match, my confidence or focus just goes down. Number 1. Don’t be stiff, let your body be loose or things like feints/ fake shots etc won’t work. Don’t always try beat your man. If it’s easier to pass then do so. Simple skills are usually more effective than complex eg step overs. Don’t stand still, always move the ball even if it’s ball rolls, shuffling with the ball. Go back and restart if you have to. You’d rather keep the ball and recycle than go forward and lose it
