This was very helpful. Can you please guide on how to do this with the year filter as well so that we don't have to use the latest year, we can just select a year from filter and it automatically updates. Thanks in Advance

And what do you do if sales or profit vs previous year is flat. The conditional formatting makes it blank in the title. Any ideas how to add a third conditional formatting criteria to the formatting for when vs PY = 0

I had a problem by trying to replicate a similar formula for sales last year. I recieved a message (Mixing of segregated and non-segregated comparisons and results in 'IF' expressions is not possible.).
