I have sketchbook on my Wacom and my Samsung note 9 I use both everyday but when I went to open an existing art project on my note 9 that I was just working on 3 days ago it said oops sorry want open. Ive tried to contact autodesk sketchbook but have had no luck. Can you help with this?

If you don't need to rotate your canvas you can uncheck this option in the settings. Nice tutorial
