Fun to see it taking shape. Drawing ”out of my head” has always been a struggle, but after study the classic flash designs I feel more confident with a empty sheet of paper in front of me. Awesome channel bro. Keep it up.

Also that comment about giving yourself a break when sketching and taking a step back and coming back to it later with a renewed outlook instead of looking for perfection first try is amazing advice, I really needed that

@@ndiaperkins5999 go into a shop get tattooed by an artist you like. Keep getting tattooed about them and have a conversation about your interest in tattooing and how much you love art. Start hanging around that shop a bit more eventually you'll be given small jobs like coffee runs and stuff like that. That's when you know you're in also spit shade paint a lot!

Thanks for the video. I have found it challenging to draw what I see. Sometimes what comes out of my head comes out better. On paper I found it useful also to ruff it out refine it and line it with ink for the final outline. There is something about watching it take shape with black ink that helps guide my hand for that last little adjustment.

Great video! Thank you so much, but I prefer drawings painted on paper! I find the technique much more interesting. I state that I have used Wacom graphics tablets for many years cause I have worked in cartoons and videogames so I'm very used to it. Precisely for this reason, seeing the traditional technique fascinates me the most! Sober Joe, just for curiosity, is the 11" or the 12,9" iPad used in the video? Cause in March 2021 Apple will release the new mini-led screen model and I think they will only do the large format, 12.9 inches! I'm thinking about it! 🤔😍
@SoberjoeSe3 жыл бұрын
I’m using the 12.9” inch. I love that when I draw on it I know it’s almost the same size as an A4.
